Hello all.

I am currently looking for suggestions for a CMS that allows me to
"publish" static HTML site.  Bricolage comes to mind, but it's bloated
and
over kill for what I need.

I am fully aware of the PHP/PostNukes and alike out there but I am more
interested in the publishing the static HTML part.

In the perfect world it would be scripted in perl and options for using
different DB's (ie, SQLite).  I would live with a PHP/MySQL solution
also.
