[wplug] Installing Perl Modules

Have you tried using cpan?  It takes all the fun and mystery out of
building and installing perl modules and finding their requisite
modules.  Maybe fun and mystery aren't the right words.  Just type cpan
at the unix prompt, answer the questions, and when it finally gives you
a cpan> prompt just type 'install POE' and follow the next set of
questions.
