[wplug] OT: GPRS to Palm via bluetooth?

I had already updated the phone link application, and completed the  
bluetooth setup. It goes to the phone over the bluetooth link, and  
"initializes Cingular GPRS" going all the way to a handshake symbol  
before it poops out and retries. I've spent several hours on the web-  
seems to be a common problem, but the solutions are bizzare (and they  
don't seem to work for me). Perhaps the settings from the update are  
incorrect?
