All you have to do is add the following repositories to your  sources.list (located /etc/apt/sources.list ):

deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat stable main 
deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat unstable main 
deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat testing main

After you save it run:

apt-get update
apt-get install w32codecs

Now you should be able to watch most online video fomats.
