Absolutely.

Clone by your favorite method -- tar, cpio, dump, xfsdump, etc. You 
can either move the target disk to the source system and go disk to 
disk, or go across the net by using a rescue CD or something like 
Knoppix go get the target machine booted. Once cloned, just edit the 
hostname and networking parameters.
