I've been on Postini (http://www.postini.com/) and average at
least 200 a day since the virus that blasted Exchange/stupid users early
last year. Until very recently it had about a 100% success rate (both
in catching the crap and ignoring the valid). I now get maybe one or
two "slips" a week. No idea what my company pays for it, but it's worth
every penny.
On a side note - this """service""" was originally only offered
to the execs here. I started to forward every spam to the helpdesk
saying "please block" (at 8:00 every morning this meant about 15 minutes
of work minimum) and after about 3 days they put me on Postini.
