Well, according to his disclaimer (I love these), this email message is 
"intended only for the use of the individual named above".

In the email, the only individual named above (in name or email address)  
the disclaimer was Mark A.  Gibson.

So, if we are to follow through with the disclaimer's demands, we all need 
to notify Mark by telephone that we received this communication in error.  
Immediately no less.

And, since most of us (I assume) are in the 412 area code and he is in the 
303 area code, to make sure we are in full compliance, call collect as 
stated.  :)
