[wplug] Wi-Fi

A friend of a friend did just that in Moon Twp.  He eventually dropped it. 
He was actually charging for the bandwidth and I guess he felt it was not 
worth the hassle or not as profitable as hoped, but I could put you in touch 
if you wanted the benefit of his experience.
