Maybe not, but there's a floppy controller, called "Catweasel", that 
will read *any* floppy disk, provided you have the software to make it 
work. (It's not hard to write.  I did a program in just a few days that 
allowed me to read my old OSI disks.) I'm reasonably sure they already 
have a program which will allow you to read C64 disks. You can check

Being a Commodore guy, you might also want to check out the Commodore-1,

It's pretty impressive. Theoretically, it can become any 6502-based 
computer (Commodore, Apple, etc.) by simply reconfiguring the FPGA, but 
they're obviously focusing on Commodore.
