My problem is that they never ask for Jr. level candidates. All I want
is an assistant position so I can stay in PGH. Never advertise those do
they?
Wanted: Someone who intends to actually stay with my company for more
than 24 months. Someone who would be interested in developing a career
inside my corporation. Someone who I won't have to be rehiring after a
recruiter has pulled him away 1-2 years ago. Someone who works well with
others but does not suffer from group think. Someone interested in
promotion but understands the concept of paying their dues. Someone who
will continue their education through formal coursework in company
continuing education program. Someone who is capable and will mentor
juniors in our structure, policies, and design. Someone who is willing
to write clear documentation and utilize tools for long term corporate
stability.
/rant
anyway you can write your own and send it to me. If you can't write your
own feel lucky.
