Note that 'lpstat -a' will tell you whether the queue is
accepting/rejecting jobs, but not whether the queue is enabled/disabled.
For example, the queue could become disabled due to a communications
problem between the server and printer, but the queue would still be
accepting jobs (they would just pile up until you enabled the queue).

Use 'lpstat -t' for detailed status output, including printer
enabled/disabled status. 'man lpstat' is also good.
