[wplug] Recommended VOIP Service

I have a second phone line with Verizon which is costing too much money.  I either want to go to some affordable VOIP deal for that line or I will just cancel it.  

Please recommend a good VOIP service in Pittsburgh Area (South Hills).

ps.  I plan to hook it into Asterisk.  I just ordered the Digium developers kit and the  Paul Mahler book with CD.
