Unless someone can find a definition of wardriving in the Pennsylvania
state laws, we're simply not going to come to any useful conclusion
about whether it's legal or not.  Different people are starting from
different premises in this conversation, and then there's apparently
some surprise that they reach different conclusions.

There are scenarios where many of these definitions can stray awfully
close to the line of criminal behavior, and whether they're actually
treated as such by the authorities isn't something that's had time to
play out yet.
