I don't, but selecting this New Login in KDE brings up the same list
as gdmflexiserver does, which means they magically play well together.

I use fluxbox and have gdmflexiserver mapped (now) to a key for my
user #2.  When she selects new login, you get a pop up that includes
my login on it.

Pretty nice.
