Thank you for expressing interest in our Voice over IP beta test.

After reconsideration, we will only be supporting IAX connections at this
time. A SIP beta test may be available in the future.
 
If you are still interested in participating, please reply with a desired
user name, password, and IP of your IAX device.

By replying with the information requested above, you are hereby agreeing to
the following terms.

By using this service, you agree to all terms and conditions contained
herein and or terms and conditions as they may change from time to time
without notice. This agreement is binding on any and all The Burgh Live, LLC
customers no matter what class of service you have purchased or are testing.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

Calls Placed from your Location/System/Device via YOUR The Burgh Live, LLC
VoIP Connection: 

The security of your computer system is up to you the The Burgh Live, LLC
customer. The Burgh Live, LLC accepts no responsibility for any security
issues no matter where they occur. If the service fails in anyway you agree
not to hold The Burgh Live, LLC responsible. The Burgh Live, LLC does not
provide 911, e911, 999 or any emergency service access at this time. The
Burgh Live, LLC cannot and does not provide any backup power for its VoIP
services at the end-user location at this time. In an emergency where your
power is out you may not be able to reach anyone via your VoIP connection to
The Burgh Live, LLC. We do not provide Five 9's of Support, Instant
Response, etc on this beta account. The Burgh Live, LLC does NOT guarantee 7
x 24 support.

You are not permitted to: make 411, 555-1212, or any sort of operator
assisted calls, 900 numbers, international calling, resell access, or share
your account with anyone else.

You are restricted to a maximum of 400 minutes to be used during the month
of March 2005.

The Burgh Live, LLC can see the phone numbers that you call but we will
never disclose this information to third parties.

Finally, this is a beta test. There is no guarantee of service or uptime.
This beta test may be terminated at any time with or without prior notice.
This beta test will be officially terminated on March 31, 2005 unless you
receive written confirmation that we are extending your account.

You may not spoof your caller ID information.

If its illegal, just don't do it. If its questionable, don't do it either. I
am trusting you guys to not abuse this.

You cannot disclose the terms of this beta test or any results without the
written permission of The Burgh Live, LLC.
