I thought that subnet looked familar, you're using SC Broadband just
like me. You should be able to get ~60k/s.

Bittorrent, like Gnutella clients, does requre that your router have
inverse TCP port mappings/redirects.

ex ipf:

rdr ep0 216.170.102.137/32 port 6891 -> 192.168.1.13 port 6891 tcp
rdr ep0 216.170.102.137/32 port 6892 -> 192.168.1.13 port 6892 tcp
rdr ep0 216.170.102.137/32 port 6893 -> 192.168.1.13 port 6893 tcp
rdr ep0 216.170.102.137/32 port 6894 -> 192.168.1.13 port 6894 tcp
rdr ep0 216.170.102.137/32 port 6895 -> 192.168.1.13 port 6895 tcp
rdr ep0 216.170.102.137/32 port 6896 -> 192.168.1.13 port 6896 tcp
rdr ep0 216.170.102.137/32 port 6897 -> 192.168.1.13 port 6897 tcp
rdr ep0 216.170.102.137/32 port 6898 -> 192.168.1.13 port 6898 tcp
rdr ep0 216.170.102.137/32 port 6899 -> 192.168.1.11 port 6899 tcp

Then:

$ btdownloadgui.py --ip 216.170.102.137  --minport 6891 --maxport 6899
--saveas blah blah.torrent.
