[wplug] Local UPS Battery Source

FWIW - with my "perconal sized" UPSes at home it was cheaper to buy new ones.  I beleive both CompUSA and MicroCenter have them on sale as we speak.  I found a deal on buy.com for $35/each - I could not buy a single battery for my APC units for that much.
