[wplug] OT maybe: Formatting Object Processors

Hi folks,

I'm looking at writing and publishing a pamphlet, of sorts.  PDF comes to mind
as a distribution format, but I can't seem to find an appropriate formatting
object processor.

Might anyone be able to point me to an open-source fop that doesn't rely on a
closed-source environment (Saxon is out, e.g., for its reliance on Java).

If there is nothing to be had, I suppose I'll look at an alternate distribution
format.
