[wplug] Mandriva Server Updateing Error

"Failsafe" mode may be putting you at a runlevel where Apache isn't
starting at boot.

Try:

# chkconfig  --list|more

Also if you upgraded, for whatever reason, your Apache conf could've
been overwritten.

Check /etc/httpd/*conf
