[wplug] Fedora Core 4 Regular ISOs vs SRPMS

I was looking at the download page for ISO images for Fedora Core 4 for i386.  There appear to be 2 versions:

FC4-i386-SRPMS-disc1.iso or FC4-i386-disc1.iso.  I presume the former has something to do with the Redhat Package Manager, but I don't know which to download to create bootable CDs.  

Which is better?
