[wplug] web based (PHP) AIM, ICQ, Yahoo?

Setup "wierdx" (a java X server) on some server somewhere (I keep meaning 
to) and then just ssh into your box at home, run an X server on your local 
machine with wierdx and do it like that.  May not be the easiest, but it 
can be done....
