It's a big conspiracy by big corporate moguls at Giant Eagle (TM).  Use
your advertising revenue leverage with local networks to "beef up" them
snow alerts so that people will run in a panic to their local Dirty Bird
and clean the shelves off in preperation for being "snowed in", all the
while only a few inches fall in the city and every purchase you made is
recorded via your Advantage Card (TM) and kept in a database with your
personal information ready to sell to anyone who's willing to pay to see
what's in your basket, including your pharmecueticals.
