[wplug] MySQL Root Password Craziness with MediaWiki

I would say create the user and blank database and just give that info
to MediaWiki, there is no reason that any program should be given any
type of root access, I have setup 2 MediaWiki's with out giving it a
MySQL root password, just create the user and database first then give
that info to MediaWiki and it will work well from there.
