It hasn't been AT&T Cable for a couple years now.  Comcast bought out 
AT&T Cable back in 2001 (IIRC), and they've been upgrading the 
infrastructure in pittsburgh so Digital Cable and Cable internet doesn't 
suck quite as much as it used to.  There aren't any competitors in the 
cable business, but they still have to compete against DSL providers for 
internet and Satellite TV for television.
