[wplug] cheap DSL in Pittsburgh?

Although I do have Comcast's basic cable (no box), when the installer came, he was expecting to have to run a line into the house. This is because I had the Internet service put on a separate credit card and it appeared to him that we didn't have cable at all. So it doesn't sound like I would have had to pay a penalty for not having their TV service. A phone call to Comcast would be the best way to find out.

Through penn telecom we run a data only circut to a customer for sDSL
service. It just works alot better that way than dealing with filters and
such.
