	What are you trying to burn?  Is this data or a "DVD Movie"?  I
have seen issues in Nero where (for whatever reason) you had to check
"X-Box Compatibility" - but that was a few releases back.  I use the
TiVo tools to make the .IFO files and burn on Windoze via Nero - works
pretty OK for me.
