Sometime in February Brandon Kuczenski assaulted the keyboard and produced:

| Wow, that's a regular sociology study right there. Wealthy shadyside is
| packed with free Wi-Fi, but in the Hill District there's nary a one. Not
| too surprising as a whole, but I'm surprised the disparity is so absolute.

That's one way to look at it. Another way might be that people don't want
to go war driving in the Hill District so those. Really though, I don't
know if its "Wealthy" shadyside, or students who are a little more
dependent on the network. I'm a grad student living in Shadyside. I believe
with my stipend I'm just above the poverty line. Either way I'm not wealthy
by any means. Since I do theoretical work I place more importance on
internet access --- I don't own a car or a television. I think it might be
more about priorities than wealth.

What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans,
and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is brought
under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of
 liberty and democracy?
