[wplug] trackpad on powerbook

Sometime in February Eric C. Cooper assaulted the keyboard and produced:

| If you're running gpm, then you need to use /dev/gpmdata for your
| mouse device.

Good idea, but I'm not using gpm.

| If gpm isn't the problem, does an external USB mouse work when you use
| /dev/input/mice in X?

I don't have one right now, but that is an option. I tried doing something
like:

cat /dev/psaux

while moving around on the trackpad. I did this for several obvious devices
as attempt to identify the correct device and got nothing. I tried the same
computer on my desktop, and when I moved my mouse strange stuff would spit
out on the screen.
