On a tangential note (but still hopefully on topic):

I'm not particularly interested in squeezing out every last cycle, so
I'm more interested in a list of DEFAULT Cflags per processor type. 
The above is the only listing that I could find.

My question then is, "have any of the uber-tweakers reviewed that
list, and if so can they comment on it?"
