[wplug] Codecs on debian?

Sometime in February Brandon Kuczenski assaulted the keyboard and produced:

| Specifically I am looking for the ASF audio codec voxmsdec.ax (most other
| files seem to play just fine). I see reference to this file everywhere on
| the web, usually in the context of somebody listing their '/usr/lib/win32'
| directory in the process of debugging a video or audio playback problem.

A lot of the codecs cannot legally be distributed so they are not part of
the debian project. I normally find someone who packages such things and
makes their packages available on the net. This is one I've used in the
past to install mplayer and it's pieces:

 deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/ testing main

Although I don't seem to have the voxmsdec.ax codec installed.
