[wplug] Please suggest your favorite mirrors

Mirror mirror on the wall,
who's the fastest of them all?

I'd like to compile a list of open source software mirrors that wplugers 
have seen great results. So, if you have a favorite mirror, please 
share! Please list the software that the mirror serves and what kind of
mirror is it (rsync, ftp, etc). After a couple days we'll put it on the 
website somehow.

Of course we all know about http://mirrors.pair.com
Is there anything else rave-worthy?
