I just tried to set this up in combination with the Cisco 30xx client.
The crappy Wwndows VZ software was doing some kind of transparent
preemptive proxy redirecting that bypasses the static route to the
RFC1918 space installed by the VPN client.

Even when accessing hosts that were visible via the other side of the
tunnel, I would get Squid errors. There is no squid on my network.

Don't buy this service. Don't support Verizon. Don't reward them for
platform-Dependant services.

Nextel has some wireless TCP/IP connectivity options that provide you
with an Ethernet handover. Platform independent.
