[wplug] can we please agree on bottom posting?

 	I recommend bottom-posting, and carriage returns to seperate 
blocks of text. It is funny how many people send so many emails, and it is 
hard to figure out who said what, and in response to what. Bottom posting, 
with line-prefixing, seems to me to be the best way to make an email 
clear.

 	Of course, top-posting shows the thread of communication, but 
bottom-posting shows the thread of thoughts. Then again, I did alot of 
BBSing here in Pittsburgh, and that's just how I learned.
