Everyone has their own good/bad stories about different vendors.  There are
a lot of different varibles.  I know that if we had an account manager at
Dell, my experience could have been different.  I am willing to pay more for
hardware to have the support that I want and that's why I use CDW.  My
account manager is great, and I paid an extra $400 per machine (over Dell's
pricing) for this.
