[wplug] Intro to running (s)ftp service?

Let me just add to this that I believe you get sftp as part of the sshd package 
in most of the distributions I've used (I believe it's a config option if you 
compile from source), and scp/sftp are fine if you don't care more about 
security than raw speed.
