[wplug] Parking suggestions for tonight?

Well, I cannot recommend a place to park, but I can alert all to a place
that you cannot park anymore:  there was a parking lot between Hillman
Library and Carnegie Library.  It is no longer a parking lot, they're in
the process of turning it into a park.
