[wplug] found only one cpu in a dual cpus computer

Bought a dual cpus computer,but only found one cpu by
using top command in RH9.0. Does anybody know how to
configure it? The hard drive is from a computer having
only one cpu and I didn't reinstall the OS. 

CPU: AMD Athlon MP 2600+
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-7DPXDW-P
