[wplug] {window,desktop} {environment,manager}

For the record, KDE's window manager is kwin. Kwin is completely 
integrated into KDE, so I don't even think you could install it without 
installing KDE. Moreover, having installed it, I'm not sure you could 
run it without the rest of KDE.
