First, hello everyone...just joined today. I am from CPLUG (Central PA
LUG).

I have to agree.  I really don't like Mandrake for my personal use, but
if I were just starting out, I'd hope someone would point me to it.  It
is a really easy install and has a lot of community support.  Time was
when I would be inserting RH/FC in this slot, but since the "all beta
all the time" revolution of FC2/3 has bitten me a few times I now
usually point new users toward Mandrake.
