Talk Abstract:
Cost savings is something every business looks to do. Incorporating VoIP
using the open source PBX software Asterisk allows someone to easily
purchase telephone termination service from a low cost provider anywhere
in the world rather than being forced into using your local telephone
service provider such as Verizon or AT&T. Asterisk, is very flexible,
allowing individuals or large corporations a complete solution in running
their own home voicemail or corporate PBX system.

More info about Asterisk can be found at their
website http://www.asterisk.com
