We do all of our network, server, and rack diagrams in Visio. As for the
server specifics for specs, service tags, services they are running, etc, I
keep them in a text document.

I'm in a similar position in that I'd like to document the setup here (I'm
not going to be leaving FnordNet any time soon, though, since I *am*
FnordNet).  If there is a standard, I'd love to hear about it; if there is
none, perhaps I could help write one?
