[wplug] Looking for CUPS guidance

i am using an epson c82 stylus with Fedora Core 2 and i works just 
fine.  Actually, the drivers seem to work much better when in "linux" 
mode than when i am running in "xp" mode.  You have to use escputil from 
the comand line to check ink level and to peform cleaning though.
