Hi all,

I'm trying to get a few seconds of video from a file.

I have MainActor but it doesn't support the .avi file format this file 
contains.

I was trying to figure out a way to dump video using Mplayer or Mencoder to a 
file since it does recognize the file format.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to find or figure out a way to dump out a selected 
piece of video to a file without getting the entire file of video.

Can anyone make a suggestion on this?
