[wplug] Procmail Problem

I am trying to setup a Procmail / SpamAssassin .. setup.  For some reason, 
Procmail is delivering my mail to files in my home directory with names 
like ~/msg.XBQ even though the logs seem to show that processing was 
successful.  The documentation clearly says that "If the processing falls 
off the end of the .procmailrc file, the mail will be delivered to 
$DEFAULT".  I am using redhat 9 and so included:
DEFAULT=/var/spool/mail/$LOGNAME
at the top of my .procmailrc file.

Why isn't this working?

Any ideas?
