No.  Installing Redhat Linux and then using a modified version of APT to
install Redhat (Fedora Core, actually) packages from the Net.  APT can
also be used to keep Redhat/Fedora Core up to date with the latest
patches.  It's still Redhat/Fedora but it's now got some of the perks of
Debian laid over top.
