Only problem is Digium only sells 1 port FXO cards, so you would need 5.
They should be coming out with a 4 port model soon I would think. As for
FXS, they are 4 port cards, so you would need 5. Asterisk will probably not
work out for you since you won't be able to fit all these cards into 1
machine. Depending on your budget, you can probably get basic IP phones (not
Cisco) for around $60 / each and then only need to use 5 FXO cards (which
may be questionable as well... I know 4 work just fine together, never tried
5).

Ahem, in my setup (small business in Greece), PSTN is the only option. 
So I'll search the net for that FXS card you mention.

We have 5 incoming PSTN lines, that currently all hit the same analog 
call center. Someone has to pick up each call and then manually press 
the right buttons to transfer the call to the corresponding internal 
extention. This is the ONLY functionality we're looking for at the 
moment, with the existing 5 PSTN incoming lines and rougly 20 telephone 
devices scattered around the offices.
