[wplug] Thought/Question on SCO

SCO issued a statement some time ago that Caldera users would be exempt
from future [il]legal action.

Other interesting questions though:

Is SCO still distributing Caldera?

If so, someone, probably GNU, needs to serve them with a cease and
desist order. Their attempts to extort money from companies and
private users as well as distributors is a direct violation of the GPL
which therefore nullifies their right to distribute the GPL software in
question.

Furthermore, they have now finally succeeded in extracting "license
fees" from at least one company which leaves SCO in a more dubious
position than before. In theory they could now be brought up under
fraud charges for these fees which they have managed to collect.
