Check out http://www.frozentech.com/content/livecd.php for a list of live CDs.  This list can be sorted in a number of different ways based on Name, MB, and Primary Functions.  Some that come to mind for me (cause I have used them myself) are:

tomsrtbt
LNX-BBC
Trinity Rescue Kit
