[wplug] cups printing black and white on color printer

hey.

We just got a new printer in the lab, a Xerox Phaser 8400. I set it up in
cups using the generic postscript driver. I created two different spools
(one for full and one for half duplex) which print find in color. Now I'd
like to setup two similar spools which will print only in black and white.
Does anyone know how I can accomplish this with cups?
