[wplug] web photo album

Hello,
 
I was trying to find a good software to generate web photo album (having feature like  making thumbnails, provision for adding comments, resizing the original image to a decent size that could be uploaded easily etc). Found that igal is pretty fine, but I am looking for having a decent graphical front end. Any suggestions?
